AVDELAS VALUERS is the valuation arm of the real estate agency RE/MAX Elite - AVDELAS R-E-V, the longest-established company (est. 2003) in the network of the multinational company RE/MAX in Greece. The founder and managing partner of the company is Pavlos L. Avdelas, REV, MEng Civil Engineer NTUA (1989), MBA University of Athens PhD(c) and certified valuer by 4 valuation 'schools' — TEGoVA (REV), TEE (CV-RE), Staregister (SPV) and NAR (PSA) — registered in the Ministry of Finance's Registry of Certified Valuers (Reg. No.768) and in the TEE Registry of Certified Valuers (Reg. No.37).
The company has been active in the valuation field since 2011, with a wide range of valuations for all uses, entities and sectors, whether of public or private interest. It is staffed with permanent valuer-engineer personnel, members of S.EK.E, TEE and the Ministry of Finance, as well as external associates, valuer-engineers of various specialties.
