Property valuations provided by the company are carried out exclusively upon explicit engagement, on-site inspection and collection of the necessary data, in accordance with the European and International Valuation Standards (EVS/IVS) and applicable legislation, and are recorded exclusively in an official, written Valuation Report. No information, price indication or example that may appear on the Website has binding or contractual force and should not be used as a basis for decision-making without a formal engagement and valuation report.

All content on the Website (texts, graphics, logos, images, trademarks, structure and organisation) constitutes the intellectual property of the company or its licensors and is protected by the provisions of Greek (Law 2121/1993), EU and international intellectual property legislation.
